I'm a photographer working out of Homs, Syria, covering weddings, engagements, graduations, baptisms and the quieter street moments in between. My work leans documentary first — posed portraits happen too, but most of what ends up in a final gallery is unscripted.

Every event runs on the couple's or family's timeline, not mine. I try to move through a room the way a guest would: close enough to catch a real expression, far enough to stay out of the way.
